The free plan

The free plan includes one active dynamic QR code with unlimited scans. We do not shut it off when a trial ends. This is not an absolute "permanent" guarantee: the limits below still apply.

Acceptable use

You may not use DirQR redirects for phishing, malware distribution, spam, or illegal content. We may disable a specific code that violates this policy. Protecting the reputation of the redirect domain protects every other legitimate printed code, so we enforce this actively.

Service limits

We may apply rate limits and abuse controls, and we validate destination URLs for safety before encoding or redirecting to them. Redirect availability is a priority, but the service is provided as-is without an uptime warranty on the free plan.

Paid plans

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. You can cancel from Billing before the next renewal; access remains available through the end of the paid period unless a refund, dispute, or abuse action requires us to limit access earlier. Read our refund policy before purchasing.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Report violations through the report form, or email support@dirqr.com for account and billing help.
